Balance Engineering, Inc. is the recommended supplier of the automated temperature monitoring equipment and monthly reporting services. We offer two (2) service options as listed below. In either option, the equipment configuration is a single logger serving up to four (4) temperature sensors. Sensors can be located up to 150 feet from the logger. The accuracy of the logger and sensor combined is +/-0.4 °F. Only one (1) monthly download is required to capture data for all four sensors per logger. Additional loggers can be networked if required for larger facilities.
Service Options
Option 1 - Monthly Monitoring Service - Recommended Option
Balance Engineering, Inc. Will preprogram logger(s), package all necessary accessories and ship to warehouse location for client installation. On a monthly basis, Balance Engineering will automatically download temperature data, generate customized report, and send report via E-mail and to client and sales manager. Technical assistance provided via E-mail and phone during installation and startup. Three (3) year service agreement required. No upfront equipment charges. (Security deposit required.) Client billed quarterly for service.
Option 2 - Equipment and Technical Assistance Only
Balance Engineering, Inc. Will preprogram logger(s), package all necessary accessories and ship to warehouse location for client installation. Technical assistance provided via E-mail and phone during installation and startup. Client billed upon shipment of equipment.
